Burnley proud history and never had Prem cash always had big support even in 3rd 4 th tier footy. Someone on here the other laughed at the fact Burnley could be in the Prem.
I've gone down as low as Wimbledon to make Cardiff look shite ;D
Were 21st and some people have say that we belong in the Prem I hoped Brum wouldn't get promoted so that we may overtake them soon.
Just to let people see their heritage.
Years in top flight.
105 Everton 97 Aston Villa 93 Liverpool 91 Arsenal 83 Manchester United 79 Manchester City 78 Newcastle United 77 Sunderland 73 Tottenham Hotspur 73 Chelsea 71 West Bromwich Albion 69 Bolton Wanderers 66 Sheffield Wednesday 68 Blackburn Rovers 65 Derby County 60 Wolverhampton Wanderers 60 Sheffield United 59 Middlesbrough 56 Nottingham Forest 55 Birmingham City 52 Stoke City 51 Burnley 51 West Ham United 50 Leeds United 46 Preston North End 46 Leicester City 34 Coventry City 34 Southampton 31 Portsmouth 30 Notts County 30 Huddersfield Town 27 Blackpool 26 Ipswich Town 26 Charlton Athletic 22 Bury 20 Queens Park Rangers 20 Norwich City 19 Fulham 16 Luton Town 15 Cardiff City 14 Wimbledon

wow I really wouldnt have guessed that we have spent more years in the top flight than West Ham! We should manage to overtake Notts Forest and Sheffield Wednesday if we can stick around for just another 15 years! And it Everton got relegated and never came back up we would go above them around 2062

Burnley, I suppose.
Although I've always disliked them for some reason.
But they deserve a crack at the top league. It's only fair that new fans of unfashionable clubs get to see how the other half lives, like we have this season.
Plus the bonus is they're more likely to really struggle.
I know it's falling into the trap of writing teams off that we hated so much, but all we need is Hull to stay up, and is it outrageous to suggest that Burnley and Hull would tie-up 2/3 of the relegation spots?

Burnley for me as well, but for honest reasons unlike you lot.
Because they'd probably get shat on, whereas Sheffield United would probably be our equals.

Burnley - it is "only" an hour and a half's drive for me. Besides, I think it is good for the Prem to see another "first timer" getting promoted.

Can't decide - Burnley because it really is a step back in time and my old footie manager used to play for them. Sheffield cause my mate lives there and I will have somewhere to stay when the Potters play them!

Personal preference is for Burnley but I still feel that Sheff Utd were robbed by West Ham and the Tevez saga so on balance hope the blades make it
