I went out with Micky Quinn's cousin a couple of times- . She was nice until she opened her mouth but thankfully looked nothing like him :-)
Went to jail for drink driving not his horses although was fined for that and if memory serves me right was unable to keep race horses for a year or two.
How he can talk about pub teams is beyond me

This is what should add to the players and our siege mentality.
As each game comes by, we will roar harder and players will play harder- just to prove people wrong.
The fact is, you're never too good to go down, after 30 games, Newcastle are in the bottom 3. What does that say? Did they plan this to win their last 8 games or something?? I don't get it.
But Stoke are some pub team! This pub team beat Arsenal, Spurs,the richest club in the world Villa,bolton, 'boro,WBA(World class team to him no doubt) Sunderland, drew twice to liverpool, 4 pts off Villa etc etc etc.
You have to laugh though, and try not to take it to heart at the moment- as you get the feeling that he may be wrong,very wrong.
