Was dead funny at the end when the boro fans were giving their own players stick as they walked of the pitch, then one of the players took his top of to throw into the fans and the mood changed and they all wanted the top. ;D G Y P O S

Good atmosphere from the boro lot which did suprise me, silent as fuck after Ryan's goal, I think they suddenly realised they are going down !

These threads about away fans chanting, appear to be the exclusive preserve of people not sitting in the Boothen (or maybe just the back of the boothen).
As I can honestly say I heard them no more than 3 times.
one of which was them chanting "you're support is fucking shit" at us, which was met by sporadic outbursts of laughter where I was stood, and quickly replied to with "We forgot that you were here"

I was in the South stand today and have to agree with you, I thought they were the best set of supporters this season. agreed however as soon as the goal went in they turned on the manager

thought it was the quietest offering by Stoke fans for months until after the hour mark when suddenly the home crowd kicked in - just when the side needed a lift too-.
Boro fans sang far more than most
shocked by the comments of their fans after the game (on SSN) where they to a man decryed the lack of effort/passion e.t.c. thought Boro played with more passion/effort than any other side to have visited the Brit (Hull put a shift in to be fair). still a late goal to cement your place in the drop zone tends to bring out the negatives. anyone remember Stoke losing at Leicester under Ball (we had been 1.0 up too) despite playing well? I think we all knew that day that we were down & I think Boro fans now know they are down too.
we will see the real side of Boro's support in the next 2 months

I thought they were the best support we've had this year. They deserve a better side than those spineless cheats when you look at teams like Fulham bringing about 150 people but being home and dry now.

Their support was good today I thought, although Huth and Pogatetz were a disgrace on the pitch today. Oh and the ref was absolutely wank.
