firstly just like to say good luck for the rest of the season , i hope you can stay up as its clubs like yours that should be in the premiership rather than the likes of fulham, west ham etc..
secoundly just like to say well done on having the best atmosphere in the premiership, many other clubs fans would have turned there stadium into a libery by now.
just like to say that it will be a good game on saturday, i think if any team will win it, i think it will be the boro, not because were better but because for the first time in a long time we are fighting for a lifes...

It'll be a tight one and one or two mistakes either way could decide it but I honestly thought we were the better team at Boro and we would have won if Faye hadn't been sent off.
My gut feeling is a very tight very nervy Stoke victory

We will hopefully both stay up!!!
With the likes of Beattie, Shawcross, Whelan, Fuller and Delap, you really deserve to stay up. Your team has one of the best relationships in the premiership, and apart from your Fuller slapping incident, you've done well to keep team morale exceedingly high! Reading some posts over since we last met was quite funny, reading how negative you all were, even when winning!
Clubs like Stoke and Hull deserve to stay up, but with that Scum Brown in charge, I really hope they go down!!!
Best of luck for Saturday, I hope your fans live up to expectations! I've been told to look out for songs in the top corner of the 'Boothen End?'
(Another opposition fan in peace here by the way)

I think Stoke are going to have rough run in.Clubs like Boro, Newcastle and Blackburn are going to come and fight for their lives. we raiise are game for the big boys and now have to do it where the crowd might not be up for it ? the crowd has been our 12th man

I think Boro will win. Gut instinct, if we don't start well the dickheads in our fanbase will get on the players' backs and they'll feel the pressure and we'll end up losing.

hope we both stay up, it'd be nice to see newcastle go down i'd just love to see alan shearers face on MOTD, trying to explain why his club who have the god given right to win things has just been relegated ( o be fair to Alan, he does tend to tell it how it is when talking about newcastle). Stoke V Boro I can honestly see Stoke being really fired up for this one and coming out of the traps really well, i reckon we'll get an early goal, the crowd will blow the roof off and we'll be 2-0 up at HT. quieter second half as stoke shut up shop, stoke grab a third on the break and Boro get a late equaliser. FT 3-1 to Stoke Bye Bye Gareth Southgate ;D

Sorry mate, as many dickheads we undoubtedly have in our fanbase, the one thing we havn't done (this season) is got on our players backs. If we've been behind this season, naturally the atmosphere has died on occasions, it's also risen in support of the lads many a time - but not once this season have us as fans as a whole jumped on the players backs.

Referring to the Villa and Everton away games, I'm 99% sure that the booing was aimed at the tactics and strategy employed by 'the chosen one' rather than the players efforts. And I also assume that you overlooked the part in which I said that the atmosphere has died on occasions - pre-goal against Pompy.

Is booing backing the team or turning against their managment, putting the players under more pressure?

Do you not think booing gets to the players though and puts them down? Do you think booing helps? Is booing backing the team or turning against their managment, putting the players under more pressure? I don't boo during a game, and very rarely do afterwards, unless I think that players arn't giving 100% that is, something that as a benefactor to their wages, I feel I am more than entitled to, whether it pisses them off or not. I also feel that booing can effect players and management in more ways than just upsetting them. People boo to show their discontempt for something, in this case, the way that the team has been set-up. Now, I'm sure that players (some at least) have minds of their own, and Im also sure that the majority of the players that started against Villa and Everton arn't aproving of the way they've been told to go about the match. Being as trusting as 90% of the squad are, the players chosen will go out and follow instructions - in the same way and for the same reason that fans travel and support their team knowing full well what a complete and utter abortion of a game that they are likely to watch - commitment. In my opinion, sometimes, booing is a way of communicating the fact that the fans are on the players side. Personal opinion. You may disagree, I couldn't give a toss because quite frankly, I'm right. ;D

I think that while u have southgate in charge, your boys are in trouble!! i couldn't agree more with that. but i think the team who scores first will win, if you score first then its game over for boro, as we can't break teams down, only good at counter attacks so that will work in our favour if we score first. but having said that i don't no where were going to get a goal from
