As the deadline for season ticket renewal is 3rd April, it will be interesting to see how many of the gloryhunters who have jumped on the Premiership bandwagon this year actually renew by 3rd April, or whether they will wait to see which league we are in for next season.
I think renewals by 3rd April will be no more than 12,000

lol i just got my season ticket today i must admit it is my first one as i havent been able buy one before because of the cost but i can now afford it, i felt rather lucky today because i checked the seats available and there was no seats above row 4 in boothen, so i went down ticket office get a row 4 seat but someone has renewed to another seat so i got a pleasing row 17 in block 20, well chuffed. i do hope we are premier league next season but if not we will see how many true supporters we will have come september

We hopefully could get 17/18000 before the deadline
That would be great even if the unthinkable happened

I'm sure there'll be plenty that won't be able to renew their season ticket next season whether they want to or not. I know a lot of people that have been made redundent since the start of this season, and I'm sure the financial strain will help make the decision for them. One person I know ended up selling his ST just before Christmas to someone due to this.
I'll be renewing mine and arkids after I get paid at the end of the month. Don't care where we're playing (even though I know where we'll be playing!), we'll be with you!

Oops, well spotted ethers, I just went on there being two Saturdays. Not another blank weekend ffs. Who's stupid idea is it to have a friendly a few days before a world cup qualifier?

just done mine....I think 17000, with more to come later. This season has impressed me, if the capacity had been bigger we would have had several gates over 40,000 IMO.Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, Villa.

I hope everyoen who can will re-new - Whatever division
To me it really doesnt matter and if we can at least be competitive in the Championship (if the worst happens) then next season will be a damn site better than most of the last 30 or so !

Hey, It's their money and they can do what they want with it. If they want to see what the standard of football on offer will be before they commit to paying the money, then what's wrong with that?

Seriously, who cares if they only came for the Premier League, What is actually wrong with that? The better the football is the more fans it will attract, basic fact of life. Shit product = poor support and eventual fall from the league. The promotion has breathed new life into the club and exposed a whole new generation to the Passion of Stoke. IMHO it is upto the club to make sure they retain the supporters by investing in the Team and the facilities and making the season tickets a reasonalbe price given the current economic climate

we wouldn't get 27.500 every game if we went down unless they did something with the segregation because there any much chance of other teams bringing 2800

fact is chaps is that we got so many season tickets this season cus we got promoted. 5 of my mates who were staunch stoke fans waited til we got promoted b4 they got st,s. so if they played it safe i,m sure as hell certain that the "new" fans will do the same. given current financial climate i,ll go for 14000 early renewals (mine included ;D)

If they try and use SCFCDIRECT season ticket numbers should be down by about 50%!

Whatever happens, it has shown the level of support we get at this level, so hopefully the urge and money to get back here will be forthcoming, if we should suffer relegation.
