Hiya Eddy's mum ;D It's such a sad story and puts into perspective a lot of things. I know cancer affects such a lot of people but Marie has such young children and kids are tiring without a debilitating illness. Nice one Eddys mum

Folks, An amazing update - We nearly have £300 in donations. Thanks so much for all that have donated, especially in these unprecedented economic times. Please keep them coming in as I truly believe it will make a difference in an amazing womans life. www.stokecityfansforum.org.ukIt really does make you feel good to be part of a group of supporters who have given so generously whilst the area in which we live continues to be battered by the times. For me, genuinely, it affirms my belief that Stoke City fans are the best in the world Gareth

Off to bed as it's really upsetting. Best of luck to all concerned and i pray that this awful illness goes away and never returns for not only yourself but for everyone. If i could leave a donation somewhere by simply handing it in then please leave word and we as a family will donate as much as we can.
Godbless.

It's fantastic that we were able to do something for Marie, but this thread's been quiet for a while now - if no-one else has posted on here in the next 48 hours I'll unpin it if there's no objection?
