2-1 Stoke.
Thorley nudged it in on from a deep, floated free-kick.
Demar's looking very bright, isn't he?

How can they say that he got the ball? There is a player on the pitch in Eduardo who is now coming back from a broken leg because of challenges like that, and they are trying to condone it.

we aint got a bloody clue, commentator summed us up pretty easy, were a defensive team and dont have a clue how attack or break down teams unless its a long ball, we have two wingers on why aint we spreading the play making their 10 men work hard?

To be fair it isnt exactly the full reserve team. Im sure that a draw will delight the players out there as most of them, if not 10 out of the 11 will play for the academy again on saturday.

How did we not win that at the end?

Post by kingdeano on Jan 21, 2009 20:51:30 GMT
doesnt matter what it is, its 10 v 11, all i ask is for a touch of football, use the extra man, spread the play etc. but eh this is stoke city. we only know one way.

well personally as a realist i think a 2-2 draw is a great result for us. the lads have done well. Given a good account of themselves.
