If you are not watching the match then stop everything you are doing, grab a lager and watch. Bolton are playing like fooking Real Madrid. Three incredible goals in the first 17 minutes, one bicycle kick from Stelios , one incredible free kick from Okocha and and a nice one man effort from Nolan. McIce

Did anyone else see the report on the non playing staff Sam Allardyce has assembled at Bolton - they've got upto 14 of them looking after the players on match days. They've got a sports psycologist, a tai chi instructor, video analysts as well as the usual coaching and physio staff. What are they - men or a bunch of softees ? Macc

I can remember Okocha scoring a free kick against someone last season. It's used on the advert for some phone, where ya can get the Premiership highlights sent to it.

Angel's goal was a cracker,
It just goes to prove that most football players need that bit of confidence....Angel came to Villa with a proven record, has personal problems when he first arrives..then gets lumbered with that twat taylor for a season,
This season under O'leary..he is like a new player, he has been given a fresh start and told to go out there and prove himself...I can see him going to Arsenal at the end of the season.

I dare say that was one o' the best non-Stoke games I've ever seen...abysmal defending at times...think if Villa had have kept Vassell on, they'd have scored again. They certainly weren't "bad" enough to lose 5-2.
Watched it in a pub in Chorley with quite a few Bolton fans in, and even they applauded Villa's play and especially Angel's goal. Stunning entertainment - the way most games should be!
