HES ALREADY SIGNED 99% BECAUSE HE HAD A APOINTMENT WITH STOKE IN BIRMINGHAM ON TUESDAT AT 12.00 People yesterday claimed to have seen him at Greens, and at the ground at 11am, so why would they then go to Birmingham for 12? yeah im afraid to say that simply would not have been possible, i saw him with my own eyes training until around 12:40 and then, as i was told he went up to the brit for his medical, so god knows what the hold up is, i cant see it falling through now with the sort of comments pulis has made to the sentinel Dramani, who played and scored in the 2006 World Cup finals, has been signed by Tony Pulis on the recommendation of assistant boss David Kemp. "Kempy has watched him out in Russia this summer and likes what he sees," said Pulis, below. "His judgment of a player is spot on, so I have no problem trusting his opinion. "He also knows what I like and what we need. "He tells me he's quick and can play on either wing. Although he's only 22, he's had plenty of experience, so he seems well worth taking a chance on."

Basically it's all as clear as mud, isn't it? news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/stoke_city/7572265.stmStoke City are lining up a loan move for Lokomotiv Moscow's Ghana international winger Haminu Dramani, reports BBC Radio Stoke. Potters assistant manager Dave Kemp told BBC Radio Stoke: "He's a player we've known about for a while and we've become aware he might be available. "He's a pacy winger, which is something we haven't got." Dramani, 22, who can operate on either wing and has won 27 caps for Ghana, played at the 2006 World Cup. The former Red Star Belgrade man, who has already been in the Potteries to discuss a move to the Britannia Stadium, has trained with his potential new team-mates. "He had a work-out with the lads and looked very quick," said Kemp. "It's difficult to say how he would do in games because it's different playing in the Premier League than it is in Russia. "He has the tools to be a success over here but it all depends on how quickly he adapts. He has a talent that we're definitely interested in."

I know this is irrelevant, but in the FIFA rankings, Scotland are only 2 places behind us! If they win their next game and we lose ours, they are 'officially' performing better than we are. Sod the rankings?!

Kemp, "its a complicated deal, what with agents, the club, loan conditions and work permit"
Acres, "the potters are still hopeful he could play some part on saturday"
Sounds like the kemp interview was recorded, maybe, yesterday, and Acres added the bit at the end due to developments today?

The above quote suggests how desperate we are if we are prepared to throw him in againt Villa. We are desperate of course for a nippy left sided midfield/wide player... it still sounds like one hell of a big gamble to me and totally unlike TP.

from Radio Moscow.com - "Confusion still exists of the transfer of Ghanaian Haminu Dramani in light of the naturalised citizens requirement to join the Russian Army to fulfil his national service duties. He requested the move when his team mates started signing 24 hours from Georgia to him."

I aren't sure how you interpret that to mean he will be thrown in against Villa? Anyway following on from the conflicting stories its just indemic of Stokes messages to the fans - keep them in the dark. Its scary how we can never get a straight answer out of the club. Sounds a good player though and one that gives us the pace that Pulis has been trying to get in the side for over 5 years now

It's potentially exciting - but that quote probably ilustrates that this guy is Plan Z, scrambling around for something in late August. 3-year-deals say the agent, season-loan says the Sentinel, rumoured medical on Tuesday, will figure on Saturday, won't figure on Saturday, flying back to Russia, trial with a view to loan say Radio Stoke, "complicated deal",work permits etc, "we are interested but don't know how well he'll do" says Kemp I've got a headache.

Sounds like they're umming and arring about what length of commitment to make based on one match in that Moscow Railways Cup thing and one training session at the Mich. Now then, Tone, Kempy..You've got the time it takes the board to revolve to tell me...Are you going to gamble?
