That after all these years of hopes, wishes , yearnings, and false starts, that SCFC just might be coming to an event horizon?

For the last four years I have spent money at the bookies hoping that by the end of the season we would have a Kingsway mental.

Yet at the end of each season I have been left feeling like I have been to a seedy hotel with a loose woman who has taken my dreams and my money and left me sullied and wanting.

Could it be that in this, his third year, Tony Pulis is to become the super "pimp"( my ride), the conduit, to that which has remained hidden from us. Shrouded in the mists of time. The "One" the second coming, the Waddo 2 - our beacon to nirvana?

Oh for the times when we dented the egos (and bruised the shins) of the "super" teams of the premiership...but wait,this Stoke team faces a New Year and something is stirring....a new day seems to be dawning.

A team that all others fear, a team that can take us back to those days of glory (and those devlish steep terraces )of the Victoria ground.

Once again may we stand proud as Manure fertilizes our pitch.
Could it be that Pulis will create that which was lost..?

Let us cry for this could be the moment that we see the new beginning?
Today perfidious Albion (3-1) humbled by this sacred turf - by this Stoke, by this Britannia.

For too long we have slept the sleep of giants....lets us hope that Misters Pulis & Coates are the harbingers of this, our new dawn?

Clacton,I couldn't agree more.After the Cardiff game last season,I thought it was going to be our year but alas it wasn't to be.But as you so rightly state,teams now fear us,and it is perhaps this that will take us all the way.
