So QPR are to be the new Chelsea and although they are shite they will most likely go on a spending spree and could well take up a play off spot by the end of the season. The parachute payments are also having a huge impact on the championship giving relegated clubs the upper hand for the season. Stoke are getting to where they are on the back of hard graft, a true team spirit and the occasional crafty loan signing. I'll be well pissed off if our spot is taken by QPR. In the NHL there is a wage cap structure which ensures the franchises cannot purchase success. Should this be considered for the football league?
