i t was a bloody joke, it took me the same time to get some tickets for West Brom this weekend, we live in kent so couldnt get them before hand, im not surprised the attendance is low when people are put on hold this long, or charge them a £1 to get it on the day.
Anyways, looking forward to the west brom game, woman said that there wernt many tickets left, but they say that all the time, and then its like 15,000, ;D

I was in the queue on the phone and got to 26 then jumped back up to 41. Complete toss. and am currently 6 and have been for the last 20 mins I went to Hanley Club shop and they dodn't sell them there because of queues, fair enough but they have a larger one with plenty of floor space in the Shopping Centre. They could have set a pc up there to make it easy

You probably don't want to hear this but I rang them up on Monday, booked my ticket over the phone. (I'm a season ticket holder) I had to wait approximately 3 minutes to get through and I have arranged to pick the ticket up before the WBA game. No problem at all for me.

Hurry up and let us know when the big game chalie's have finished holding everybody else up, i want to get tickets for Hull. Actually, why didn't Stoke do a voucher thing for the Newcastle game, if you have a West Brom and Hull voucher, you get in the queue a day before the non voucher people?

I think there was a think wher eif you brought a WBA ticket at the same time, you could purchase your tickets a day before general sale
