Fuggers - Delap and Wright are both far far better than I could ever have hoped to be, and I'm now far too old. That wasn't really my point, and I suspect that you know that.
Delap brings one thing to the side and that is his throw. However, as I've posted on other threads, I really don't rate Wright at all, and maybe it's time to put Delap at RB and see how he does there. Just because he is in a side that are 4th does not make him a great addition to the team, maybe with a midfield man who passed and retained the ball better (Diao) we would be 1st? Who knows?
It's only my opinion though.

Of course that could be the case.
Similarly though, you could replace him and we could get worse.
Something tells me that Delap is more important to us than we think.

I'd say that the antis have to some extent been proved right in that the widely slated hoofball approach wasn't working. We've changed shape since the 3 losses in a row, keeping the ball on the deck and playing through midfield instead of over it. The results have come because of it. Credit to Pulis for recognising that his previous tactics were wrong. All hail Plan B ;-)

The point-scoring is not ridicuous. It is just what happens. If you don't like something, say so. If you disagree, then speak up. It's what happens on a message board. It gets a bit abusive at times, which I would like to see cut out, but I would rather people passionately posted their views than just agreed with each other. It would be really boring otherwise...
