You could work it out. The Boothen end is bigger than the away end by the equivalent of half a corner (plus a bit for the Police control room in the away end). Double the difference and you'll get the figure for the scoreboard corner. The other two corners could be the same size of they could be bigger if the corners went as high as the Main stand rather than the Boothen/Away end.

what would the capacity be if all the seats (bar JS upper) were ripped out & replaced with terracing?

From the official site: Boothen End holds 6,006. South stand holds 4,996. If Fornside's formula is correct (and it seems about right to me), that would mean there are about 2,000 seats in the corner, which means filling in all three would take the capacity up to about 34k.
