presumably nothing as they relate to EPL rules don't they? If the Premier Leagues rules that left low interest/interest free owner loans out of the reckoning were unlawful, if EFL rules do the same they will be unlawful too. therefore our model until the change of ownership would be penalised against fair market value of servicing the debt. Going debt free was certainly getting out in front of these rulings, lets hope we can maintain that status.

Isn't that part of the Leicester thing? Where they broke one set of rules but we're compliant with the other?
