Just received an email from the club detailing the above offer.
To be fair there are some wonderful designs but typically the specific ones that I wanted were out of stock.
If only we lived in an area that could produce such items. Scholes out!

Mentioned it on here before, but it's nuts that the shop doesn't stock and sell - and support - locally crafted pottery. We don't need Moonpig level rubbish mugs.

Many's the time we've bought one mug for £10m, Berahino springs to mind.

Bought a couple of these myself yesterday. I chose to collect from the store, so that I could pick them up after the next home game, and there is still a £1.95 postage charge. I’ve queried why there is still a charge when I’m collecting in store and the response is that those are the rules. Never had to pay a charge at any other store before if collecting in store and can’t recall Stoke ever putting on such a ridiculous charge.
Ok it’s only £1.95 but it just doesn’t sit right with me.

Looks like the £1.95 fee is standard across the board now for click and collect purchases but has definitely only just been introduced as don't think I paid extra to collect a purchase before the last home match! I know the packaging may cost them a few pence or so, but surely the postage link is pretty irrelevant as stock will arrive for the shop from the clubs own warehouse on a regular basis anyway! Guess as ticket purchases have been affected by booking fees etc, this is just another one of those extra charges that was inevitable! Pity the club never put an article out to explain the charge and change in policy. £2 to click and collect or £5 to have posted to your door 🙄😬🤔

So what is the fee for?

Taken from the website.. CLICK & COLLECT INFORMATION Once your Click & Collect order has placed you will receive an email confirmation including your order number. Your order will then be processed by our eCommerce team at the warehouse and delivered to the bet365 stadium store. Please allow our team 2-3 working days to process your order. We deliver Click & Collect parcels into store Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays usually by close of play. Once your order has been despatched and delivered to store, we will send you an mail confirming your order is ready for collection. Please note that a £1.95 charge applies to all click and collect orders. Guessing it's just a new fee they've thought they can pass onto the supporters/customers. 'eCommerce team' who process orders are obviously making a loss somewhere?! 🤔
