An average person Farts 15 times per Day times 365 days = 5,475 Farts per year again on average they last about 1 second so in total 5,475 seconds per year divided by 60 = about  90 minutes divided by 60 = about 1 1/2 hours per year Assuming the average person lives to about 80 years that equates to about 5 Days of Farting in ones lifetime QED

Your maths is spot on wannabe. Now the average fart is reckoned to be a volume of 100ml so 10 farts per litre. Farts consist of mainly highly flammable hydrogen & methane so there is an untapped energy potential because that’s 1.5 litres a day if we fart an average 15 times. Over a life time of 80 years that’s a massive 43,800 litres. Just a thought.

I spend many a happy evening watching those 'reels' small films on facebook, of people who capture their farts in a plastic bag and then give them to their partner pretending they're helium.... or farting in a dog/cats face and watching the pets reaction.....beats the shyte on TV hands down!

Simple things please simple minds I suppose !!!!
