I think we’ve started to turn a corner.

But knowing Stoke once we actually get around the corner there will be a big fuck off wall waiting for us to crash into.

There’s signs that we might be turning a corner, but we’re 4pts above the relegation zone and we’re still less than last season’s PPG. There’s a long way to go to convince a pessimist like me that we’re ok.

I’m enjoying the way we are playing at the moment, especially the various ways we are getting the ball forward. Whether it’s by playing little triangles from the keeper to defenders through Berger to the wide men, or Seko or Junho carrying the ball forward or a long ball straight to Cannon Manhoef or Koumas, we can be dangerous to most teams. If we can keep playing this way and tighten up the midfield and defence, we may be on to something!
