No appeal from literally anyone in the stadium. Referee couldn’t see it. This Guy should NOT be refereeing professional football with so many questions over his integrity. There is no possible explanation that the ref can give that would explain why he allowed play to continue for 3-4 seconds & only blow when the ball hit the net. A scandalous decision. The ref can’t see if it hits his hand, he’s guessed (and he was wrong). 100 per cent - if it was handball you blow up straight away. Absolute joke. You can bet your last pound,if that had been the other way round,the cheating little scrote would have given the goal. |

I don't think the Junho decision was dodgy, there's just less controversy in disallowing a goal rather than being proven to have allowed an illegal one.
Having said that, he took five seconds to make the decision, and so clearly didn't see it properly, so the right decision is play on.
A bit like when refs in the top flight give a foul when they're unsure, so they can watch it again on the sideline.

Solid point towards 50 plus and 25 by plymouth which is the only realstic goal but really poor game management by Narcis and a missed opportunity given their situation I have no idea what you think he could have done. Had the you gets side imaginable, 5 starters out and almost nothing on the bench. A scrappy own goal when they didn’t look like scoring. Switched to 4-4-2 with Tezgell we finished the better team. Great job with the resources available |

To me Pelach is too safety-first. He seemed after we scored, so early in the game, to be settling for what we had. He left his subs too late, as well. Sidibe wasn't very having much affect in the game, & was being over-run. It was crying out for Thompson to lock it down a bit.

As the dust settles.
It’s a point. Another game unbeaten. A result at QPR. We’re another game closer to unleashing hell (Lawallagher). And we’ve got a striker who looks like he knows that he should at least be aiming at the big white net thing.
So while I’m a bit pissed off im focusing on the positives.

Interesting day today probably a fair result, saw some things that I've never seen before, so here are a few thoughts.
1. Good advantage played by ref for our goal, so credit for that.
2. Have never seen a ref wave play on for when there are 2 balls on the pitch! He saw the extra ball, waved the defender to kick it out and told the other players to carry on, thank god a goal didn't result from that phase!!
3. We were under the cosh in the first half, they had the ball and the territory most of the time, but they didn't have the threat up front we do, so probably deserved to go in ahead.
4. Johansson's antics for the penalty, lining up on the left of the goal, and then moving at the last second may have played a part in the miss, especially since their player is haveing a 'mare at the moment!
5. The weather played a big part, if you weren't there I don't think its obvious how bad the conditions were. Having a young team can be an advantage, but today in adverse conditions I thought were were lightweight compared with QPR. Koumas especially struggled and was easily swatted away by their fullback again and again, but he was not the only one, it was no surprise that him and young Sidibe were subbed. If we had a more physical bench, I think there would have been more subs.
6. I've never before seen a ref play on a handball only to pull it back when a goal resulted, another bizarre bit of reffing!
7. Yet again our keeper made a number of outstanding saves to keep us in the game. It's a massive plus to know we have one of the best (If not the best) keepers in the division, but I would prefer to be reminded of this once every 3 or 4 games, not 3 or 4 times a game. This is not sustainable.
8. Is it normal for a goalie to stand on the touchline/halfwayline screaming instructions to his team about how to set up to take a free kick? Because that's what Johansson was doing in the very last minute! That guy is not just a really good keeper, but a character as well, love it!!

Poor decision disallowing Junho’s goal, but make no mistake generally a below average performance. We had the talent on that pitch to win comfortably.

We didn't deserve more than a point, but this awful ref cost us again! If we hadn't scored he wouldn't have blown, and by the way I still don't think it was a handball!  If there was a handball who gave the decision, liner or ref because he, ref, was behind the play and imo couldn’t of possibly seen a handball, only conclusion I have is that possibly the ball hit Bae high on upper arm and he, ref, reacted to qpr crowd? |
