Bocat had a good game just and Sidibe is more than able to replace Burger I actually like this. If sidibe has a cracking game then he might stay in the team and give burger the kick up the arse to get his place back. Sidibe sounds good to me. An away game against a struggling side could be a ticket to impress.

Every fibre of my being, forged from decades of bitter experience, tells me that this will be one of those days when Registered Charity No. 1863 will be looking to remind the football world of its unceasing generosity. But we can hope. QPR are yet to win at home this season - just saying

I'm never optimistic of getting a result down there no matter the circumstances, not sure why or if it's justified.

Thinking back to his performances for us I think that’s more of a problem for them than us!

I can't see beyond a regulation defeat in this one.
It's going to be mild and raining a wet greasy surface.
I've never fancied us at QPR. Not since we got dicked 6-0 at Loftus Road on their plastic pitch in January 84.

QPR are one of those teams we should beat but will turn it on against us. Get a result on Sat and I’ll start believing we’ve turned a corner.

This time last year we had an even better run of form before the international break before a total collapse after it resulting in the removal of AN.
Let’s hope history is not going to repeat itself form wise.

Hoping we can win and turn the corner. But I doubt it. Yep, big two games to be honest. take 4 or 6 points and anything against Burnley and Sunderland in the following two will feel like a bonus, and with the pressure off a bit i'd fancy us to get something out of them. Anything less than that and you feel like we need to get a point out of at least one of those two or the good form is well and truly over and we're looking over our shoulder again.

Only ever won there three times in 20 odd goes. If we can't beat them this season it will be so Stoke City. As it was last season of course. And we do have that prick of a ref in charge. Their fans are 50% saying they will win rfantasyisland.boards.net/thread/3779/qpr-stoke-city-23-11 - but if we beat them some say coach will be sacked and others that they will be relegated...

I am hoping we exorcise the demons of last seasons game away at QPR which frankly, was one of the most depressing away games I've attended in recent memory.

Remind me, when did we last win in London? We won at QPR a couple of seasons ago, Campbell and Vrancic scorers in a 2-0 win. So it can be done, and they are a lot worse now than when we beat them before.

Maybe the regulation defeat you refer to will be theirs to bear, not ours. They are incredibly poor at the moment.

We will win comfortably 2/3-0
I think we have turned a corner now, we look more of a side and whilst we need to improve in certain areas we will have too much for QPR. Let’s not forget Pompey won here so we really should be winning. Nothing is a given but if we turn up we should win

It's the Championship Table suggests there is a gulf in quality between Sunderland and QPR There really isn't True enough, but there is a gulf in belief, and aside from the odd team with some genuine quality coming down, that's what the Championship is won and lost on. Turning a promising run into a really good one. Taking the pressure off yourself by winning the winnable games. We're in the habit of giving belief to teams that have none and if we're ever going to show our face consistently in the top half of the table that has to stop. That Ipswich team was a run of the mill championship team on paper, but when you watched them they hardly ever second guessed themselves. They didn't waste a split second. Everything was done with purpose. Can we get to a point where there's a belief in what we're doing?
