It’d be interesting to see where we’d have finished in previous seasons if we’d scored all our penalties. Not fighting relegation would be my guess

Interesting that the two penalties were hit different sides of the keepers. The keepers both guessed the right way but as they were hit so well they had no chance.Its good to finally have a confident penalty taker again who backs himself. He’ll probably miss his next one now!!

Not fighting relegation would be my guess Of course the fussy sod in me says that you wouldn’t know what would happen after the penalty had been scored but yeah we’d likely have finished a few places higher. Add to that the penalties we should have been awarded but weren’t. Was it last season where the FA made an apology for 5-6 penalties we weren’t given by Christmas? |
