I’m well aware who he had on loan at Derby mate and there’s no reason with his profile he can’t attract those sorts of loans again. Chris Jones or Jody Morris? Manager doesn’t attract those players, £££ does. You think if he'd not got Chelsea connections they'd have got the Chelsea loanees? |

He will do a good job there people forget that he did quite well at Derby losing the play off final to Villa. His big mistake was taking the Chelsea job when he did it was to early in his career. And Everton? Mind you who hasn't failed at Everton? |

He’ll do well in my opinion like he did at Derby He's one of the best players of his generation and I think at this level that goes a long way. He won't coach them to death but the players will respect and work hard for him. A bit like what Hughes did with us. They have a talented squad more than capable of play-offs. |
