I hate to be that guy, but don't most of our signings look good; until within a few months, we coach it out of them!?!

The good thing about him is he demands the ball, moves into spaces and isn’t afraid to play a pass with an element of risk. Impressive showing before he was bizarrely substituted. But we won so all good

But we won so all good I guess it’s a fitness thing having only played 2 games in a number of months. In theory he should get fitter and better.

Why did he take him off? we lost all control after that Hasn't played a lot would be my guess, if not it was a stupid sub. Guess that was why he came off. The stupidity was bringing Koumas on as his replacement meaning Burger and Moran had to shift backwards so the whole midfield was changed. Thompson or Sidibe would have been more sensible and Koumas on for Million or Bae.

Spot on I’m not sure anyone else in the ground makes that sub , yiu can argue it worked out today but it created the game situation exavtiy as hull and Bristol which cost us dear , we can’t keep doing it Thomson of sidibe were much better options for stability

He was ok today but i genuinely thought he was the worst of our three midfielders, there were a few sloppy passes but he did generally play well. However i thought Burger and Moran played better. I really rate Moran, he’s a clever footballer will chip in with plenty of assists and goals this season.

Wow.I know we all have different opinions but Seko was the heartbeat of the team today and there was a definite drop off after he went off.

Looked lively and comfortable on the ball, also vast majority of his passes reach a Stoke player ….. enough said!

Seko has lots of promise. He is comfortable on the ball like Junho and always tries to use the ball in a positive way and crucially passes and then moves into a space where he can receive it or create space by taking his man with him. Thompson is good at what he does. A poor man’s Whelan. He’s there to break down an attack then give the ball to someone who can use it. But he moves into areas where there the opposition are so he’s not a positive attacking outlet That’s the main difference with Seko and Junho. Always looking to be positive and there are times it will not come off and they will leave gaps behind. If it works, we will love it. If it doesn’t we need to try and be patient and see that at least we are trying to be positive and attacking

I thought he looked quite a tidy player. Plenty of energy, looked to make himself available when the defenders had the ball and then kept it simple. He even managed a "Thompson" like effort on goal. I don't think it was a coincidence that Burger had a better game with the his energy and movement alongside him.

The major difference between Seko and Thompson is Seko is always looking to receive the ball, Thompson doesn't position himself to receive the ball at all.
Only 2 games but he's looked very tidy

He definitely made a difference on saturday. I've been impressed with him so far. Just don't get why he has been left out of the starting eleven tonight. Our midfield looked paper thin and very weak after he went off on Saturday. Also still don't get why he was pulled on Saturday either, despite the Pelach explanation. Horse sh*t for me.

Looked even better when he came on today. I think the approach is about ramping up game time / frequency to acclimatise him to English football - it's undeniably different to what he will have experienced before. Looked like a proper CM tonight, had looked a little lightweight before now.
