haven't posted in years, but doing this because what I'm watching.
Loving how everyone is chasing like their life depends on it (well after 37 mins).
But what a performance from Seko so far. It's the best single performance I've seen in years.
He seems so intelligent.

He's done alright but I wouldn't go that far.
He's linking the play nicely.

He's done alright but I wouldn't go that far. He's linking the play nicely. I know what you're saying, but I've noticed that his awareness when others have the ball is really good. He's been spotting danger that others we've had over the years don't see. I've spent most of the game just watching him spot danger. It's really interesting to see.

He’s been fine. We’ve had a hole in the midfield so anyone half competent would look incredible

The sub was, erm, odd... for many reasons. Yeah, ridiculous sub that. Making us light in midfield when we're a goal up is very naive from the manager.

MOM by a mile.
Weird that he was subbed unless his leg was literally about to fall off.
Everything in midfield you could wish for.
He directed the show. Never shut up and was telling his team mates where they needed to be.
And then gave Koumas (I think) his jacket at the end after he’d given his shirt to a fan. So a proper footballer and a gent.

When we signed him it was clear from watching his video that technically he’s a very good player and links up play very well and covers the ground great too. It was noticeable that he bought the best out of Burger too who was very good today.

It refreshing to see a Stoke midfielder who actually values the ball and looks like he's knows what he should do with it.
He's exactly what we have been crying out for.

He looks little enough to be bulldozed constantly.

How was his defensive work? He looks little enough to be bulldozed constantly. A bit like Kante because he reads the game so well and is good in posession size isn’t as big an issue. Certainly good to have someone at the club that adds quality and takes a bit of pressure of Lawal’s return.
