I have just listened with embarrassment while White & Jordan on Talksport humiliate our once respected fanbase about the despicable chanting on Saturday. I put the below thread out on Sunday on the Tyrese Soutter thread with minimal response. The club higher management should have come out straight away initiating an investigation. What do we do we put Uncle Peter out and god bless him for his age he did really well. This should be led with by John and Simon King !!
Those people who know their names forward them to the club for immediate action - These rats must be ousted from the fanbase Just Do it Stokies
Unfortunately we have a new generation of people who follow Stoke and my advice to John Coates / Simon King is to come out on Monday make a statement that they are investigating the Tyrese chanting with the SCFC fanbase Sheffield Utd CCTV / Security / Police to hunt this scum out of the rat holes they hide in. Proper supporters will know their names please forward this information to SCFC for their next steps. SCFC must then name and shame them in the local press , support this and name them on Radio Stoke and ban them for life, this has to stop this week. Make them suffer with loss of employment and income. Step one the supporters who stood alongside these idiots you know their names you probably have mobile images share them with the club. John Simon you would gain so much credibility locally and nationally by routing them out this week. A word we have heard alot recently at our club

Whilst I agree in general with what you say I dont agree with the measures that you want to adopt to punish them.
They should not be banned for life.
They should not be hounded out of employment and income.
If you want to discipline them then a season long ban would be plenty for them to learn their lesson.

I was there and heard nothing of the sort - I heard the usual abuse (boos, you're a w*nker etc) but nothing more than that. Videos on X you can hear this abuse, but I haven't yet seen or heard any video backing up singing about his Dad. That doesn't mean it didn't happen, but a lot I've spoken to who were present said they didn't hear it either. |

They very likely haven’t been named as it was a very very small minority, the majority of the people in the ground didn’t hear anything of the sort. It was most likely a group of lads so to be named they would have to do it to themselves/their mates. Which is unlikely to happen. |

Not directly connected but was it also Stoke fans that were interrupting the minute silence before the game? I heard lots of people breaking it and one man rather candidly telling them to be quiet. Impossible to tell on a stream

This is all to be covered live on BBC Midlands Today (introduced by an absolutely seething Nick Owen who has fashioned himself a rudimentary sceptre out of a tyre lever and barbed wire, face smeared with blood and wearing an outfit that the costume design department on 'Mad Max: Beyond The Thunderdome' rejected as being 'a bit much').
