Dixon 7 - needs to play
Rose 5 - didnt have a great game
Phillips 6 - what a goal! Poor for their 1st
Bocat 5 - a poor defender but OK going forward
Thompson 4 - cant pass
Sidebe 6 - was OK
Seko 8 - my MoM, has to start Sat
Videgal 5 - fairly poor
Cannon 5 - good finish, about 10 touches

Re Cannons lack of touches, at half time they made the point that the two players with the least touches were Cannon and Archer
Thats modern football,the obsession with controllyplay,not taking risks has resulted in strikers seeing the ball less and less never mind having it in the opposition area

Bonham 5 - ok I thought. Only Vik would've taken that final strike of our goalkeepers in the last 10 years. JBs not imposing enough though Junior 5 - ok, but needs better close control Dix 6 - unlucky for the penalty (should've been a free kick to him!), but better than Gibson by a mile Rose 6- - ok, but didn't stand out Phillips 7 - at fault for their first, maradonaesque goal and a cracking 2nd half Bocat 5 - Not good today, but was clearly shackled by the setup Thompson 3 - lost the ball three times in the first 15. One good pass all night Sid 5 - some good some bad, good control. Should start in midfield Seko 7 - excellent, like a slower but more thoughtful Junho! Vidigal 4 - not good enough, but at least he worked hard (for him) Cannon 7 - worked hard, excellent finish! Koumas 7 - totally unplayable, but should have gotten closer to Bree for the final goal Manhoef 7 - good game, whould have had a penalty or even two if he'd played for Soton Burger 6 - ok, didn't lose the ball but refs don't like him NP 5 - made Pulis look like a brazilian coach from the 50s. Soton wasn't all that, we could've taken them. But all in all an understandable setup. Ref 2 - typical arse-licking PL ref. Bonham - 7. Some good saves & relieved the pressure by coming for a few crosses
Junior - 7. Defended well
Dixon - 7. Tried to keep the ball but didn't have many options. Was fouled before he gave away the penalty
Rose - 7. Solid
Phillips - 7.5 our best defender although at fault for their first goal
Bocat - 6. Defended ok, often against two players
Thompson - 4. Just not good enough and some really bad decision making to put us under pressure. Really bad tonight
Sidibe - 5. Disappointing
Seko - 7. Great in possession, excellent touch and seems positive
Vidigal - 4. Pants
Cannon - 6.5 zero service in fairness to him and he bagged a goal but for a big fella he doesn't put himself about much or hold it up very well.
Koumas - 7. A few good touches but wasn't his usual busy self and criminal to not close down their player for the final goal.
Manhoef - 7.5 actually put their defence under pressure and ran at people. A few brilliant little mazy runs but his touch let him down when he was through to the keeper
Burger - 6
Ref - 3. Decided the game should be non-contact until one of our players got in or around the box. Really poor and frustrating.

Junior Tchamadeu - 9. MoM. World class. Should not have been booked!
Dixon - 2. I'm kind. Our worst. Hopefully he'll get another chance some day. Poor lad!
Rose - 2. Sell.
Phillips - 5. Didn't know he was on until he scored.
Bocat - 2. Terrible player. Losing position.
Thompson - 3. He's blocking our keeper.
Sidibe - 5. Well. In time.
Seko - 6. Promising. A new face to me.
Vidigal - 4. Out of form at the moment.
Cannon - 5. Anonymous. Somehow on the score sheet.
Koumas - 8. Good player. One of three class players in the team today.
Manhoef - 7,5. Work rate. Could have scored.

Ref - 2. A piece of shit. The commentator said he was very good.
It was the first game they've shown this season here, and to me Tchamadeu, Kuomas and Million were our best players, with Seko to follow. The rest of the defence were really poor. They don't mark their man.
