We are fucking shite. When was the last time we actually conceded a good goal? We just hand them out like sweets If it hadn’t been going on for so long it would actually be quite funny, as we are comically bad. Pretty much every goal we conceed is a gift where numerous players have made a mistake. On the flip side we have to work so hard to score a goal. Just a shambles. |

Does this competition ever throw up anything other than games you can do without?
Even at the final stage the teams who are usually there are more focussed on the league/Europe.

Sounds hyperbolic but I mean it, any manager that plays 5 at the back at our level should be instantly dismissed.
There’s a good reason most teams don’t use it.
