Three cheers to Thompson for being absolutely invisible again. Great playing with 10 again Noting like a Stoke 'fan' and a scapegoat, even though the player in question wasn't responsible for any of the 3 goals conceded

What he did before is irrelevant. That's a defensive error, not a goalkeeping one for me. Would another keeper have saved it? Possibly. I wouldn't be beating myself up too much over that if I was Bonham. I would however be asking the players in front of me why the fuck they weren't busting a guy to close down the player with a shot on. I thought it was a great strike,he had very little chance on it The failure was no one tried to close Bree down as you say Absolutely he had a free shot and was given all the time to hit with full power, not the goalies fault at all, really poor defending though it was unfortunate that Junior was off the pitch. We switched off.

Don't you ever post anything positive? We were darn unlucky Unlucky with million at the end but we lost it in the first half with the set up and negativity. At 2 v 2 I think we’d had 2 shots. Check the stats

Ridiculous approach to start ,ridiculous bigging up of one of the weakest ever premier league teams ridiculous selection of the pathetic vidigal cost us tonight , the second 45 just shows what could hsve happened had we approached it positively, another horror night for the head coach how many can he have and what pathetic technical garbage will ; he come out with to justify it before his the mighty Derby won the old first division press conference later in the week . Vidigal was beyond useless, his first touch was 10 foot ahead of him. The only meaningful thing he did was fall on his backside (again) and fortuitously allowed Seko to drive forwards as the ref wasn’t buying a free kick.

Give it a rest. Proper bad luck in the end and you know it unless of course you're on a wind up mission? Have you looked at the stats? I thought we were unlucky in the end but could have won it with a better team selection and subs. Absolutely gutted. Did you want him to start the 1st team? Seeing as we have a more important game on Saturday I thought his team selection and subs were spot on. The defender kicking MM's effort off the line when it was three quarters over is bad luck in my book

In fact great most games😉 Stop the acceptance of average, he’s not good enough. No need to pretend it’s all fine, ‘clap because I’m a fan’

Terribly frustrating but with only 22% possession it's hard to dress it up as a hard luck story.
Whatever Narcis' tactics are they don't lead to us seeing much of the ball, not against anyone.

Apart from his mistake Dixon did very well. Unlucky to not get the foul for a blatant shirt pull Probably needs a loan in January depending on how long we stay in the FA Cup.

Imagine having to watch this Russel Martin tripe week in week out. It was boring as fuck. We did well in the end, and would probably have won had it not been for the PL-rimming ref. Koumas is waaaayyy too good for us! though Koumas was clearly at fault for the goal Yep just jogging didn't bother to close down..

Have to say that Seko takes up good positions….always seems to be in the right place and has good anticipation. Really like Seko. Intelligent player. Yet he won't be in the starting 11 on Sat.

I hope you're taking the piss 🤔 Hard to tell with those shit Sky replays but we should at least put a letter in now about these refs. It’s taking the piss now game in game out. Didn’t they apologise about 10 times last season for penalties not given to us 1) Dixon should have had a free kick for a blatant shirt pull but he gives them a penalty 2) Manhoef first penalty claim wasn't as clear cut but think that it was still a penalty 3) Koumas should have had a penalty 4) Manhoef should have had a penalty. During the goal line chance, the Southampton defender was pushing him in the back and Ramsdale cleaned him out 5) Southampton must have kicked the ball away 5 times and not one was punished 6) every single 50/50 was given to them A proper cunt of a ref, I hope both sides of his pillow are warm tonight!!!

This love in for Seko is totally misplaced . You would expect him to be totally fresh . To have more energy and making his debut to be more enthused. He did nothing special other than to keep the shape of the midfield together rather than scattered to the wind . Let’s face it that was another dire showing . A very hard watch . Aided by boring Soton . I try ought we would struggle to hold on for penalties but we nearly did

Rending some of the match thread tonight I'm sure few would have cheered when Southampton got the winner. Pathetic some of the comments tonight have been and since last Tuesday.
Unlucky in the end, shown loads of character to come from 2 down and so unlucky not to go 3-2 up.
Onwards and upwards and hopefully 3 points on Saturday.
Seko MOM

I thought he did alright and got better as the game went. What more do you want for a new starter.

I hope you're taking the piss 🤔 i was S I've probably said this before... if you think they're bad now give it 5 to 10 years. Then we'll witness some truly awful refs. Being involved in the youth game until this season I know what's coming. People understandably do not want to be referees. Not worth the abuse.

As poor as I thought we were at times- we showed some character and could have easily won it. Some very suspect referring too.
Yet still I team in massive unconvinced. The goals conceded all sloppy again.
We are a team that ship goals like confetti.

Yeah he's a dreadful keeper, never mind a number 2. Real joke of a situation really Jack Butland said that the biggest difference between non league and league football was that they kick the ball a lot lot harder so maybe cut JB some slack He's been our number 2 for how long? What's with the recruitment? And what about young up and coming keepers? 🤷♂️

Of course they do. We went to boro away who out pass everyone and had more possession. It helps when he has the players to do it, but he says he is and when possible you can tell he wants to be a possession based side. If he got a result tonight with that team he should be at Madrid not Stoke 😁
