With the 40% reduction Labour are dishing out he'll be out in 7 months or 5 and a half if he takes it down and gets his 4 month reduction. Any time served on remand will also be deducted. There I was thinking that the jails were full and only serious crimes were being punished with a prison term. Gouranga.  Quite clearly it's when it suits this wank government. |

It was Mr Starmer who suggested that our prisons were full and were struggling with even the most serious offences mate. I'm not defending Robinson but is it really high up as serious offences go? I don't really know as I'm not clued up on law. |

Any crime against the state, government or rule of law is and always been taken seriously by who think they may be threatened.By breaking a court order it is two fingers up to authority and is never a minor crime in the eyes of the ruling classes. |
