Made hard work of that, I was halfway through writing a big rant and then we scored.. I'm still unhappy with a few things but I'll leave it.

A relief.
It looked like we somehow had managed to find a way to not win the game.
A comedy goal we can probably laugh about now.Id put it more on the keeper though than Gibson and it was fitting he got the winner.
Junior had a good game I thought ,Seko did well and Cannon worked tirelessly.

Wins a win and my word we needed it. How many did Nath win before we binned him off?

Yes indeed. Gibson 4 with an extra point for a lucky goal.

How on earth are they 13th? That's what I kept asking throughout this! And your other post was spot on - Derby should have been down to 10 men on at least 2 if not 3 occasions, either through a second yellow or a straight red.

Thought Junior looked a good full back today, much more like it, is actually quite skilful and relatively two footed which is a rarity these days..

Lucky, lucky boy, Pelach. He turned a game we should have controlled into a tennis match, there. Derby were every inch as poor as Portsmouth, yet we were hanging on at the end. I don't know what he's trying to do, honestly. The amount of chances we're conceding; I don't know how you could claim credit for any success with a straight face; it's just chance at that point. Wtf game were you watching? Can't you just try to watch through clear lenses?

The players to be fair looked like they cared at the end with lots of hugs and a massive look of relief. We deserved to score at least one more and how Philips for Derby stayed on the pitch I’ll never know.. well done!

Huge 3 points against a team that are second in their ability only to Pompey. Would have been a travesty if they’d got a point.
+ Seko, Burger, Junior, Cannon. + 3 points + could have folded after they equalised and didn’t + played well in parts
- Gibson. Got the winner but he seems so slow in every way. - Bae and Million. 2 very talented players who aren’t quite firing - Build up still a bit laboured

Taking a midfielder off, who was doing well, for a forward was one massively strange decision.

I don't know if that's his usual style or not, but certainly one of the Derby "players" who should have been sent off at some point. That Harness was a right shithouse as well.

The fact we're only 4 points off the playoffs is fucking bizzare.
This league is so weird.

I don't think we can say who is to blame without knowing what the communication was between them. It wasn’t the keepers ball irrespective of any shout. It’s just shit goalkeeping. Plain and simple. 2 weeks running he’s cost us now. He needs to hope his teammates bale him out of the mess he’s got us into Agree but if he has made a very clear call to his defender then the defender has to trust that call. On the other hand Gibson has to know where his keeper is before cushioning it back.... plus any back pass should be outside of the posts. Let them sort it out amongst themselves. All I saw was a fuck up!

Thought we did ok today?
Defensively solid, created chances.
Seko looked good.
Happy with that. Just need to be more clinical.

I think sometimes people forget there’s an opposition trying to implement their own game on us. We were the better team and deservedly won, made hard work of it but we dug in and got our rewards, happy days….

I thought we were very disjointed.
It it hasn't been mentioned already, Derby were dreadful. One of the worst team performances I've seen from the opposition in a while and we couldn't muster up any real attacking threat when they were there for the taking.
The equaliser for them was a comedy moment, nothing more and im sure Johansson and Gibson will rectify those faults in communication moving forward.
At the very least we're grinding out results somehow, which has to be a positive, but my word we're so difficult to watch.
A big win though, onto the next one.
