He got a lot of stick from fans while he was here, some deserved but some not deserved. For all of his faults (and there were many of them) he was the best natural finisher at the club for much of his time here and he never fully got recognised for that. Basically got told he wasn't wanted by the club at the at the end of last season. Now he plays for a better side and he's just scored against us. Has had the Stoke end chanting at this this afternoon. Why shouldn't he shush them? I think the whole idea that players shouldn't celebrate against former clubs a bit odd personally. It’s classless… to shush the fans of his previous club whom stood by him for years through various injuries. |

The decisions this season have been utterly nonsensical. If we're lucky it'll end up like the Boskamp season, and if we're even luckier similarly we might be able to go back and get the manager that we didn't need to bin off in the first place. It's bullshit, it's not what anybody signed up for when they did their usual pre-season sell all the tickets spiel. If your meaning get Schumacher back, one look at our players fitness is the first reason why he shouldn't be considered. His preseason has resulted in our squad not able to play at any kind of pace after 40 minutes, shockingly poor management from SS. |

Hopefully everybody sees now what difference Bae makes. Who cares if he makes a couple of misplaced passes etc, he just contributes so much to the team by controlling the ball, being available for the pass and his defensive game is OK too.
