I don't think I'd be out of order saying, that if it wasn't for Vic, we'd be in the bottom three now, because even after tonight's great win, we don't look good for much of the games!!! Anyone who says differently is seeing it through rose tinted glasses!!! I agree. He's superior to the rest of his team mates. We simply cannot afford for him to get injured or lose him to a big offer in January. There's certainly going to be a lot of interest. |

I honestly don't think we'd have the number of points that we have now if Iverson was in goal. For this reason, he must stay. He's literally saving everything, apart from the odd back pass 🤦. He's head and shoulders above anyone in the championship and lower Premier league. |

I watched an interview when he pretty much stated that. |

Was he one of them? I'm not that sad that I can remember all the names of the posters who were giving it the "too small, doesn't dominate his area, error prone, been relegated" bollox when we signed him but I can bet quite a number of them are now on here 'bigging' him up ( so to speak ). |

Victor's dad made a telling comment when he was interviewed on RS. He said that Victor is destined for 'higher things'. He wasn't putting Stoke down but was being honest that Victor would leave like a shot if a decent Prem club came in for him.

He’s been amazing all season, but I wonder what the stats would be without the two games that Daniel Storey is mentioning (last night and, I assume, Bristol City)? I’m sure he’d still be no.1 or at least top 3, but have those two performances thrown him up into his own individual stratosphere?
If so, a warning to any interested Prem teams…. It’s just a couple of good games, not worth the risk 😉

Only part with him for eye-watering money.
Already looks better than several PL keepers, so if he keeps this up, especially with his good attitude and his options will be many.
He's starting to spoil us.

Yeah that's the main thing, we just need to make sure we get a good price for him and reinvest. Unless we get offered north of £20m we shouldn't sell him in January. But I'm beginning to get resigned to the fact that it'll be very difficult to keep him for next season if he keeps this form up. |
