Asking this squad to play the kind of football Pelach wants is an accident waiting to happen. Way too many of the decisions we make when passing inside our own half are poor and we invite pressure onto ourselves way too often.
If Walters was never convinced that Schumacher was the man to take us forward, he should have sacked him in the summer. Giving Schumacher a whole pre-season and then sacking him five games in is going to prove very costly come the end of the season.
