So the lead investigator at the IOPC states that the investigation was subject to outside pressure as "disorder" would result if they didn't start a murder investigation. Why was the car stopped in the first place? The car he was driving had been linked to a previous firearms incident a day or so before. And I think as it turns out it was and Kaba was the one who shot a guy 2x in the leg in a nightclub. Summat like that anyway.. |
