Credit where it’s due that was excellent. Pleasing to see he’s clearly recognised what hasn’t been working both tactically and in selection. Feet on the ground- but that’s genuine progress.

I do think its massive for his own confidence and self belief thats hes won a game of football as a Championship Manager.
Portsmouth made it easy, but we played some seriously good stuff.
Its not going to be an easy journey but thats a start at least.

Well he did make changes,so he is seeing what we all see,and playing Gallagher and Cannon together, instead of one for the other was a much awaited positive.

Changing the full backs made a huge difference. When they were substituted we looked more vulnerable to crosses.
Can’t see Junior and Bocat getting many starts if Wilmot and Stevens stay fit.
And no tip tap garbage at the back.
The manager is a quick learner.

I know SuperRickyFuller in real life, he's dead hard, just be aware. I once saw him crush a coconut against his forehead just for a laugh.
He can also partially swallow a piece of string and hock it back up through a nostril and pull it back and forth. That's got nothing to do with him being hard, it's just impressively disgusting.

I think that’s spot on , plenty on here suggested Stevens and Wilmot as full backs and cannon and Gallagher up top and he saw the same issues credit where credit due he saw it and changed it . clearly miles to go to show sustained improvement and better teams will control that midfield but credit where credit is due he saw it at Boro and made sensible changes |

We were on the front foot from the first second and played with pace, purpose and aggression. Bravo Narcis. Keep it going. |
