Pompey are the worst team in the league. They made so many basic errors. Their keeper was lads and dads standard. Cant draw wider conclusions from tonight’s game. Well, I think We can conclude that Gallagher and Cannon up top works better than Cannon alone in his own post code. And we can conclude that Junior and Bocat are better getting splinters in their arses than touching any part of the playing surface. And that Thomson should best be utilised at directing traffic off the Bet365 car park. 😁 |

Why? It was a good win but we have no idea if it means anything just like we didn’t with his first two games and people were going way ott.

It’s night and day compared to the last two games and strange to see how different we were regarding moving the ball. Tonight we seemed more direct compared to just passing for passing sake like the Boro game.
I’m definitely not getting carried away as we have been here not so long ago against Rotherham under AN. It’s going to be a bumpy ride but as long as we keep moving in the right direction and we can see what the team are trying to implement I have no issues. I think most of the frustration has come from how Schumacher was removed from his post.

Enjoying it for what it is - a crushing win.
But extrapolating that out over a whole season to say that we're going to piss the league OR get relegated seems borderline maniacal to me.
