Firmly of the opinion that the new coach will be an absolute disaster, we’re kidding ourselves if we think that anyone can get the current crop to perform. Friday’s standard will be the norm in my opinion Gone by Xmas is my guess. Why do you think that? Not saying you're wrong but genuinely interested. It has a feel of Vllas Boas at Chelsea to me proably ansd excellent coach but far too much too soon and it it will set us and hi back a way we needed a Hiddink and thats where we will go next but it wil be Red Adair type appointment is the great fear

I'm completely apathetic at the moment. We've somehow got into the pattern of appoint, sack early in the next season and repeat.
It feels like we are constantly behind the curve - the rest of football figured out that youth and pace and a foreign manager and a DOF are a way forward so we just react to that. Just as, no doubt, it will move on again and we'll be left with the old approach.

One of few straws I'm clutching is he played 4-4-1-1 first half and I reckon football is moving back towards that as fashions change. The obvious issue is not convinced we have the right fullbacks, center midfield or wide players to play it but apart from that it's promising.

First half an hour, there were definitely signs of a productive plan, we did break the lines at speed and should have been 2 or 3 up, the less said about the rest the better.

i do foresee a Birmingham at home moment at some point this season, it could get really ugly really quickly.. Really hope not. I can see us panicking and appointing an experienced manager at some point. An experienced manager who's happy working under NSSJW ? Who might that be?

What worries me after and in fact during the Hull match was his inability to react to the obvious change in Hull tactics from 46th minute. That’s nothing to do with coaching . It’s game management. It would probably have been the first time he’s taken a half time team talk . It’s all very concerning.
