Nor me. It was 11 vs. 11 and we lost. We won't get it, obviously. But if they were guilty, one team cheated and the other didn't. If they were all found to be taking PEDs would you feel the same? Not sure, funnily enough when I was posting earlier Lance Armstrong came to mind. I'm not 100% sure but I think they just declared 'no winner' for those TdF races. I don't feel we were cheated out of that final because of finances and retrospectively handing us a cup would mean nothing to me in fairness. As such 'no winner' would feel more apt.

It's not going to happen but would anyone be happy if they were stripped of the 2011 FA Cup,& handed to us? I don't think I would. Nor me. It was 11 vs. 11 and we lost. but maybe it should never have been the 11 that they played? They allegedly cheated to get that particular 11 on the pitch. It's the equivalent of playing ineligible players. How would you feel about that. That is also 11 v 11. Game should be declared void imo if they gained it by unfair means. Anyway I'm sure they will get away with it. They will find a loophole that will derail the case.

See up 😁 The more I think of it, if they are guilty it would be better to just declare it as no winner. We didn't win a game of football, no trophy lift at Wembley, no sense of achievement with that group on that day. So it's not for me, Clive.

I can't think of a more Stoke thing than winning our first FA Cup in 161 years by default, 13 years after the final.

It could be announced that we will be awarded the trophy by default, but the day before Ryan is due to collect it at a special ceremony at Wembley, Putin declares World War 3, all football is cancelled for 7 years and all trophies due to be presented are declared void.

I don’t get the hate here. From the naked eye all Man City have done is spend money to compete with the established teams? Their money spent (Grealish and Phillips aside) has genuinely been great. KBD, Haaland, Kompany, Dias, Silva have been greats who deliver far more than their initial price. They’ve brought through talents like Foden and Lewis. Man Utd and Chelsea should be the ones facing penalties if it’s purely finance. The Antony, Enzo, Mudryk, Pogba, Maguire etc etc etfuckingc deals have all been shambolic in comparison. I think people want to see Man City fail out of jealousy, but it’s these very rules that stop the championship and PL from letting Coates invest in us. Add Mount and Sancho Man U have spent massively Big teams have always spent big money. Nothing has changed. As far as I'm concerned the way it should be. If a club has it, let them spend it like Blackburn did. It’s always been the same! The clubs with the highest income buy the best players. Used to be attendance money in the old days, with some from benfactors. Now obviously, if you have rich owners you get the best players.

More likely that they won it off the pitch if the allegations are proven to be correct.

the ruling they won yesterday is more to do with the new financial rulings the premier league wants to bring in and not their 115 charges

20 point deduction for each of the next 10 seasons and stripped of all titles during irregular payments period.

20 point deduction for each of the next 10 seasons and stripped of all titles during irregular payments period. They'd probably still win a few leagues titles and would concentrate on the league and fa cup and probably win all those instead. Cheats prosper sadly...
