Tried booking two tickets for the Fleetwood game straight after 9am this morning. Managed to select my season ticket seats (for a change), but when I tried to allocate names, I got a message saying I couldn't allocate more than 0 names to a seat. WTF??
Gave up and got 2 in the Boothen eventually. Ticket office phone was engaged as well.

Only blocks 24-32 available so I couldnt sit in my seat - just picked 3 in B25 and straight through no probs

Got mine today with no issues. However, it seems I didn’t get an additional 10 priority points. Anybody know if this is correct? I always thought home cup games contributed towards the points.

Why can't we upload to card? Walters out! That was the only gripe I had. Apart from that, the website seemed to be quite capable of taking money from me. I normally forget it's on some pdf thing somewhere and start to present my season card. Much to the constant fuming behind me. |

If you buy tickets from the website. Remember to type your debit card number in, not autofill.
It will not let you proceed if you don't.

I’ve always struggled using the ticketing website on Chrome. Other browsers seem to work fine so I just switch to Microsoft Edge if I’m buying tickets.

The last few times they have done this The Boothen was open from Block 22 round, though perhaps it didn't go all the way down the side stand. Prior to that I had thought all the seats in the Block around me were in Block 21 but I got tickets in Block 22 which were in the same Block and only about 10-12 seats further along from where I usually sit, so at least I learned something. |

When I tried to get my normal seats in Block 31, the upper section seats were nearly all yellow (?) - but it let me book the seats. The lower bit was all red (available) . It only got messed up when I got to the bit where I allocate the seats to me and my lad. My mate just waited for an hour and things seemed to reset. No idea what the yellow status means, but I suspect they were indeed making changes after the system should have been live at 9am. |
