Have we really got no other option than having Gooch as a 10?! He's not really a 10, it's 433 but he's been told to chase them down when we don't have the ball. It's weird. |

I just don't see why you'd want Gooch in the attacking midfield role. It's bonkers. I’m not on the total Gooch hate train and he has done a job at LW before, but him in the 10 I think is a pretty mental decision considering his limitations and our usual lack of creativity anyway. |

It's like having Joe Allen back. Running around like a loose dog, so we're playing a two man midfield. Hence all these long balls down the wings. Just play a conventional 433 and let them worry about us. |

It looks pretty windy which is not surprising given the whole open end. Makes our long crossfield passes a bit more haphazard. No change there.
