I’ve posted this before but I would absolutely love to listen to the following album in full on vinyl for the very first time. Stone Roses by Stone roses I listened to this album for the first time in about 15-20 years a few months back... My God it's fucking awful. It starts off well, really well infact with "I wanna be adored" into "She Bangs The Drums", and I always remember the album finishing well with "This Is The One" (Most probably my favourite Roses tune) and "I am the Resurrection", but I never got to make it that far as the entire middle section of the album is the most fucking awful shit I have ever heard so I switched it off. (I never remembered it being so bad back when I used to listen to it all the time in the 90s!)

Houses of the Holy - Led Zeppelin. My favourite album by my favourite band. led zeppelin 2 was my favourite. I'd go for Zep1, packs the biggest punch, amazing depth of sound for 1969. Although Physical Graffiti gets the accolades and has some brilliant tracks, it also has some utter dross. Zep really ran out of ideas towards the end.

Made in Japan - Deep Purple. Greatest live album ever. A band at the top of its game, tight as fuck and firing on all six. I’m a fan of Purple but strangely I really cant be doing with Made in Japan ....or Europe for that matter. Too self indulgent. On the live album front nothing comes close to Kiss Alive for me.

Being Funny in a Foreign Language - The 1975
All the tracks are jewels on this record, but our favourite is ‘About You’ - a melodic tour de force that at once resonates and stays with you for a long time.

Loved it back then, can't stand it now. And don't get me started on 'Second Coming'!

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin Their first and my favourite album. Full of great bluesy songs. “How many more Times” is my favourite song off the album. One of the greatest intros to any song.
Other greats
Stone Roses - Stone Roses Oasis - Definately Maybe U2 - Achtung Baby

I used to love them as a lad but they just bore me now

As a big 1975 fan (yes, I'm one of those with a box tattoo) I'd say I listen to this one the least haha.. About You is a special song though 👍🏻
