Lawal - No idea. No updates. Gallagher - Sent to Dubai to help with rehab. Could be up to 3 months. Pearson - Setback. Looks like a good few months still. Gooch - Sounds like he’s been making good progress but will be a few weeks still.

Our poorest players never seem to get long term injuries, only ones who could make a big differance to us having a bit more success.

I suspect 3 more league games without the injured 4 players🤔 Having heard today that Gallagher is back from Dubai and Pearson and Lawal are doing some light training I’d suspect that all 3 along with Gooch will be pushing for selection on Nov 23rd at QPR after the November international break🤞 I’d hope we can pick up points in the home games against Derby and Millwall but time will tell on that.

Admirable optimism bur realistically Lawal and Pearson won’t be ready pre Xmas and effective until March at earliest just by the fact they haven’t played for so long

I would hope that Lawal was near to resuming training now as we signed him 12 weeks ago. If he isnt ready now then its concerning.

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/stoke-city-injury-bosun-lawal-9680676Stoke City summer signing Bosun Lawal is hoping to make a significant step up in training next week as he waits for the results of a scan on his back injury. Lawal has had to be patient for a green light to train and play after a medical when he signed for Stoke from Celtic threw up a stress fracture in his lower back that he had been unknowingly playing with all through last season on loan at Fleetwood Town. The highly-rated 21-year-old, who can play in midfield and at centre-back, is being scanned today for his progress to be assessed, with fingers crossed he can then build up his fitness and sharpness ready to make himself available for Narcis Pelach for the first time. Pelach has also delivered a positive update on Sam Gallagher, with hope that he can be back after the November international break, although with caution not to rush the influential 29-year-old striker before he is ready.

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/stoke-city-blackburn-injury-news-9689267Ben Wilmot and Michael Rose are being assessed today following illness in hope they can be declared available for Stoke City's mid-week trip to Blackburn Rovers. Bosun Lawal is starting running this week as he makes a big step forwards following a back injury picked up in his medical when he signed from Celtic in the summer. Lynden Gooch is expected to be back from a knee injury towards the end of this month while Ben Pearson (hamstring) still has a long road ahead. Sam Gallagher (hamstring) is hoping to make strides through the November international break.

Abit concerned about Phillips and Viktor after today Phillips came off with a shoulder injury apparently and he was feeling it first half and Viktor getting kicked late in the game. Can ill afford to be without either so hopefully they’re both ok🤞

I think Vik should be OK as he soldiered on.
Phillips got injured last game too. If he’s out he’ll be a big loss. Very good player.
