Not sure why he has put Bocat on the wing and Stevens LB instead of Vidigal on the wing and Bocat LB
That looks a very beige team on paper

We’re very similar to Man Utd on the injury front. I think I heard on the radio they had 63 injuries last season. Do we follow the same fitness regime?

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/bolton-stoke-city-live-stream-9447463Team news: Bae Junho sits outBae Junho and Niall Ennis sit out of Stoke City's penultimate pre-season friendly, tonight at Bolton Wanderers (7.30pm), as a fitness precaution. Junho is being wrapped in cotton wool with a hopefully minor thigh injury while Ennis is rested after taking a whack just before half-time of Saturday's friendly at Stockport County. It means that Eric Bocat starts on the left wing ahead of left-back Enda Stevens in what is a the best indicator yet of Steven Schumacher's thinking about his strongest starting XI heading towards opening day. Players are expected to be given a pretty full match as they stake their case to be involved against Coventry on August 10. Viktor Johansson starts in goal, with Junior Tchamadeu and the Bens Gibson and Wilmot are at centre-half. Jordan Thompson starts in holding midfield, with Josh Laurent on his right and Wouter Burger on his left. Emre Tezgel leads the line and Million Manhoef is on the right wing.

Bocat was a winger initially so shouldn’t be too unfamiliar with the role

If this is what he's thinking of a starting 11 then even I am worried...

Maybe just leaving one attacking wide option on the bench to provide some creativity for later subs. Seems a long shot though. Griffiths had a bit of game time last year didn't he? Thought he could have travelled.

Better to try an experiment now when the game means nothing than to try it when the shit hits the fan and both are out injured. He knows what he is getting with vids.

Vids has played a lot of minutes... straws clutching at!
Thompson Burger Laurent.... Jeez
We're three injuries away from being relegated! Too early for such negativity? 🤪

Team needs some new faces thats for sure.
If that was the starting 11 against coventry id be nervious as hell.
Im sure it wont be the case, but would of been nice for at least 1 new player to be involved tonight.
UTMP.

We’ve sold 600 odd tickets and judging by how deserted everywhere is I don’t think Bolton have sold many more.
Not sure this will be one for the scrapbook…..
