Reals, over 30s are world class footballers. Rolls royces. We sign fucking ford cortinas. Our record of late for over 30 is dog shit. They either dnt play because they are wank or bloody injured. Not sure how many remember PMac back in the day. I bought 2 Lotus cars from the fine establishment he was a salesman at many years ago.

Actually I’m not averse to a few older players if they are good enough, fit enough and cheap enough but I don’t want a lot of squad fillers, journeymen past their sell dates with no resale value on big fees or wages. I’ll sit on the fence for this one but what we really need in the defence is a bit of pace, let’s hope that materialises. |

I don’t think that’s really a reason to avoid it, I think most people understand what speculation and rumour is. I don’t see that as a reason not to partake, I mean the deals that do happen are often more disappointing than the ones that don’t (Gayle, Wesley). |
