He was laughable on Saturday. We had 2 kick offs inside 15 mins, both were rolled back to him and he booted both straight into the stand. And then the second goal. Mates with Walters? Who then got his inexperienced coach mate the job? Is this actually the reality or just conspiracy fiction?

Danny Batth was decent but most fans thought he was shit yet he’s still playing well elsewhere. He was and is fucking awful. He’s a lot better than what we have now that is for sure

Regardless of who he is mates with our thick twat of a chairman should have said I am not sanctioning another expensive long contract for someone over the age of 30. And if you don't like it, the doors over there. Yet here we are again.

There’s no doubt he’s had a few poor games of late but some of the reaction on here towards him is way OTT for me. For starters he’s the captain and Pelach’s trusted player on the pitch so I doubt very much we’ll see him dropped for league games anytime soon Honestly mate I hate him I don’t think this reaction is over the top at all he has been our worst defender all season. Against Bristol he was terrible and blowing out of his arse and thought he was coming off a one point but no. That at the weekend if I was manager would never put a Stoke shirt on again at that time in the 2nd half was a game changing peice of shit. At 1-0 we were always in it

And if you don't like it, the doors over there. Yet here we are again. Especially when Jon Walters himself made a big song and dance about how this exact kind of signing has crippled the club. I suspect he's too thick to realise he's making the same mistakes he's accused others of making, and he desperately needs someone above him with a bit of sense telling him not to do it. Yet he's the boss, so doesn't have to answer to anyone. This is why you should never appoint inexperienced egotistical people as senior managers.

He was and is fucking awful. He’s a lot better than what we have now that is for sure He’s not. A lot worse defensively than people want to remember and the weak link in MoN’s team that the opposition would target. I actually think Rose is really underrated on here. He’s an ok centre half. Not good enough to be starting regularly but a good back up. Phillips needs to play more. And I’m shocked he hasn’t.

The only good centre halves we’ve had in this league are Souttar and Collins. Jags was ok but nothing more. And that’s about the same for anyone else that may be a contender for not being shit. But I’m struggling to think of any. Ostigard was fine until MON thought otherwise.

Thought we'd cracked it with him and Wilmot but they went to shit pretty rapidly.

As opposed to Gibson, who has learned it all, is older, and still crap? If that's our manager's view it's really not good is it!?

I have said it on several other threads but, for me, the biggest disappointment we signed over the summer. I had hoped his experience and leadership qualities would be really beneficial. In reality, he has been abysmal. He had made our defence worse (which I thought was impossible) and there is zero leadership on the field whatsoever. We have all heard that he has been a quality player in the past, so maybe we signed him too late, or the apparent curse of good players turning to sh*te, within a few games of signing for Stoke has struck him too. Get rid at earliest opportunity for me.

Awful signing for a lot of money. Surely must be dropped soon.

I think we have agreed to disagree on this subject before but yes I agree regards rose him and Phillips should be the partnership. As Phillips is not ours rose is our best centre half. Gibson should be locked up in kit room or something Need to keep him away from the first team

I hold my hands up.
I cursed and bitched about him from minute one when he passed straight to their winger as he tried to play out.
I slated him after the header for their goal. And told anyone who would listen (nobody as it happened) how he’s at the root of our problems.
But…..in hindsight….
1. He actually played alright.
2. It was completely and utterly Viks fault that they equalised. Was he on his way over to the dugout for a drink or something!!!???
3. The winner after that = bollocks + desire and a healthy helping of character.
So yeah. I’m not fully convinced but I was wrong today.

Slow, error prone, can’t pass. He was dogshit and the epitome of the slow, over the hill old fuckers we sign far too often. He needs fucking off asap.

It definitely wasn’t completely Johansson’s fault, Gibson headed it back with pace without looking where Vik was. Without knowing what was communicated on the pitch it’s impossible to know who was definitely to blame, probably both but you don’t just do what Gibson did
