Scotland will do very well not to finish bottom don't think they will get tonked but look the worst of the 4 sides Hungary have been decent for a while now and the Swiss should win the group between Germany and Hungary for second spot |

Much of the team picks itself. He'll get pelters and be completely stupid not to pick Bellingham, Rice, Saka and Foden behind Kane, so there won't be any lack of attacking flair. Our problems will come from a lack of options at the back through injury and mediocrity rather than managerial timidity. It would be really hard to pick a team without loads of attacking flair but I'm sure he'll try his best 😂😂 |

England will win. They were in the last Final.......were in a 90+30 minute draw with Italy and flubbed at Penalties. They weren't beaten at the actual football part of the Final.....but lost via the daft arsed tie-breaker. They only require one inch of improvement.

From a Scottish perspective I think we've got a chance of getting out the group but so has everyone else. Scotland have had a sticky spell as been shafted by injuries and been playing League A teams in friendlies - Hickey being out is the big one as drop off at right back is huge.
Scotland's qualifying record was better than the other 2 I would suggest - we beat Spain and could have got something away; beat Norway away and drew the dead rubber at home; beat Georgia (think they'll surprise people despite their tough group) home and drew away when been a bit of a bogey team and beat Cyprus home and away.
Switzerland beat Andorra home and away; Israel at home; Belarus away and then drew 5 games including Kosovo twice and drew/ lost v Romania.
Hungary finished top of a group undefeated v Serbia; Montenegro; Lithuania and Bulgaria.
Wouldn't be surprised if we were sat on a point after 2 games with a good performance v Germany and a boring 0-0 v Switzerland and it all coming down to the Hungary game where our arse melts in the usual fashion.
