It would be good for the city to have bigger crowds come in and it would be good for Stoke to actually play a rival again. The last kind of rival game I remember to be honest was WBA under Mowbray. |

Pretty inexperienced but some superb youngsters coming through. Think it can be any of France, England, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands. The latter two an outside chance for me but certainly wouldn’t be surprised. |

With a good manager we would have a great chance.Nobody else has the abundance of attacking talent that we have. I don`t think Gareth will be brave enough to utilise them to their potential. Would rather Scotland beat Germany, prefer to support the underdog.

It's England, if I am honest, I have trouble getting behind, just in the footie - normally detest all the overrated/overpaid players and hate the fans, total embarrassment in the last Euros - was anybody proud of the fans with the way we acted before and after the last euro final?
And then there is the 2 world wars, 1 world cup, RAF shot the German planes down - absolute feckin cringe.

He want's England to win in toutnaments but takes each game at a time. He says if they gets so England might actually win, he might start worrying because of all the friendly banter that would come his way.
Can't blame Scots really 66 and all that.

I hate to admit it but I too find it hard to truly get behind us…… I start every tournament a fresh,but as soon as an England game starts and I hear Rule Britannia and that fucking band strike up and I don’t see us properly going for it,my interest dwindles. That Netflix doc was an appalling insight into why we’re pretty much reviled by other nations. |
