That’s made my train journey a lot more enjoyable, cheers. Happy days. Are you not back yet? 13 years is quite some train journey 😯 Signalling issue at Nuneaton

Some say semi shouldn’t be played at Wembley but what a day we would have missed in the top 3 best matches supporting stoke city Other 2 Leeds away 0-4 Villa at home 3-2 As a fellow Yorkshire Stokie and I’m guessing ever so slightly older, Stoke v Leeds 1974 2-0 down after 14 minutes, 2-2 at HT Pejic & Huddy and a second half kicking towards The Boothen End, one way traffic culminating in King Denis Smith’s header to seal it and prevent dirty Leeds achieving a record unbeaten run. Heaven. I’d only just started supporting stoke in 74 as a nine year old and must admit can’t remember that. Obviously I’ve heard and seen it. 👍

Watched this in a bar in Carvoeiro, Portugal (family holiday) with 8 other Stokies who I had never met before

To a certain degree it hurts me watching these clips knowing how far we have fallen.
But as they say “don’t be sad it’s gone, be happy it happened”
