Peter Coates out. And all the fans who support Coates even as he drags us down into the second division can follow him.
7 years of rot in this club.

All our Strikers since we were relegated have failed,is it because they are poor Strikers or is it the way we have been setting up our style of play?
If its the latter, how come from Rowett to Schu, nothings changed in the way we struggle to score?

Not only don’t we score, we rarely look like scoring.
Having said that, someone has written that the club ‘is rotten to the core’. It isn’t! The owners are very decent people who always have the best interests of the club at heart. They’ve just made a catalogue of horrendously bad decisions over the past few years.

Yes they are failing as owners, at the moment. They however are our very best chance of ever attaining again what we had in the ‘glory’ years. I’m sure they feel, as very rich and successful business people, totally embarrassed at the continued incompetence of the people they’ve employed and I’m equally sure they will get it right eventually.

Yes agree John Coates needs sound intuitive football people around him. People who have the nous to give him the sound advice he so obviously needs. That said, I’m sure they’ll get it right in the end.

Bit harsh to call the owners ‘clowns’ after spending over c£200 million of their own money trying (but failing!) to get it right. My point is that as long as people spouting caustic abuse, like calling them clowns, don’t drive them away, eventually they will get it right.

🥵 Is it that bad, I thought it was in a row first ... but it wasn't.
Relegated could be a reality though. It's hard to see 4-5 wins from the remaining games.

It's hard to see 4-5 wins from the remaining games. ⚽🤔⚽ Three more wins will see us at 50 points, usually more than enough. Of the remaining fixtures I reckon we’ll gain . . Hull 1 point Huddersfield 3 points West Brom 0 points Swansea 1 point Sheffield We’d 3 points Plymouth 3 points Southampton 0 points Bristol City 3 points So that’s another 14 points on top of the 41 we already have making 55 for the season. Piece of cake! 😉

Even if we stay up ( which unfortunately don’t think we will ), do you think the players will have the bare faced cheek, to do a lap of honour after the last home game and if so how would you show your appreciation.

My point is, they can be as well intentioned and willing to pump in as much cash as they wish. Ultimately, if they continue to make poor decisions they will continue to piss money up the wall. I think a much more constructive (and cost effective) option would be for them to employ staff that have some semblance of how to successfully run a football club and embed a culture and structure that isn’t torn up with every managerial change. Simply hoping that eventually they get it right isn’t a particularly appealing option for us and them.

Hardly surprising looking at all our front and wide players!!! None of them look capable of hitting the back of the net more than 5 times through the season..... And I trying to be generous there!!!
Even Campbell looks like he'd struggle to get past 5 at the moment!!!

With a small number of exceptions I would expect that most successful teams (dependent on what your definition of success is) goal scoring is a collective team effort. Defenders from set pieces (Huth & Shawcross), midfielders etc. A decent forward line obviously does their of goal scoring but also creates space and chances for others.
We don’t seem to have either. Players of insufficient quality and inept tactics, a cracking combination?

Yet the player who looks like he can score a few goals Vidigal is left out. i believe he is being left out because his attitude in training is awful and it seems pretty evident along with certain others that he doesn't give damn about Stoke City, if we do go down it will in part blame to him and his other counter-parts that were woefully signed at the start of the season it seems without any due-diligence. He had a decent start to the season granted but when the weather turned cooler, the going got tough they pretty much downed tools and not just threw the manager(s) under the bus, they also shit all over the fans......they will almost certainly be sold over the summer whatever happens and i for one cant wait to see the back of them, we all know who they are....they stink the place out with their attitude. i think the only reason he plays campbell is because he has no one else....what a shit show we really are. Season tickets have been froze again so that will sort it Do you know for a fact about training? How do you know he doesn't give a damn? Seems to me he has uprooted sticks to come play for us from Portugal so I'm pretty sure he wants to do well. The manager should play his best players or he'll go the same way as the others.
