Fully exploited his knowledge of the Plymouth players - their strengths and weaknesses.
Set us up perfectly. Ruthless.
Loved every second of that game!!!

Plymouth are absolutely woeful but I thought we were excellent. 3-0 really didn't flatter us.
I'd love to see us go with the same line-up again next week and go for it again.

Got it spot on today. Not won me over 100 percent but if we stay up he deserves the opportunity to bring his own men in. It was only one performance but it’s a start and hopefully will keep us up. I still think we’ve underperformed under him overall. We need more goals In the team and a whole new defence (Hoever and McNally will leave and Rose and Wilmot aren’t good enough). Big changes in the summer, let’s hope he gets it right

I haven't been impressed with SS so far but fair play to him he got the team selection right and we dominated the game and got a well deserved win today.
I reckon we should be safe now with two games spare.

Biggest issue is not having a decent goalscorer it’s our biggest priority. In Bae, Burger and Manhoef we have 3 excellent players to build around. Stevens coming back has shown what a huge issue not having a LB has been.

Starting to look good and aggressive at home
It's almost like time was, and is, required to turn things round
We'll probably lose at Southampton and there will be calls - only on here not at the game) for his head

Congrats Steve, ya big Scouse coward. What’s this all about …? Have I missed summat…? Haven’t been on here for 4-5 days People giving him unnecessary grief and wanting him to fail. I know that mindset is easy to fall into because I couldn't stand Neil myself but I think Schumacher is a much easier person to get behind tactically and personally.

For all the talk from ‘The Green Army’ (I’d say more of a battalion to be honest) on how they’d be 100% up for this, were going to send us down and give it to SS, you have to say it was a walk in the park. They barely laid a glove on us.

Desperate game, needed to get it done and what happens? Argyle takes a bullet to the head.
I like our manager, always have. He belongs here - some of our players don't, it's as simple as that. Supporting our manager is tantamount to hurling a grenade on here to some, but they can just deal with it. On to Southampton and Bristol.

Even though the comparisons were utterly stupid to begin with..
After today, can we stop any comparison with Nathan Jones? This bloke isn't perfect but fucking hell, he's miles ahead of that lunatic.

Really enjoyed that today. Home performances are gradually getting better. Some of the play between Junho, Cundle and Manhoef in particular was a joy to watch. My only criticism was that we didn’t win by more. We battered them.

My view as well. Cundle, Thompson and Wilmott all paid him back, he used his knowledge well. They were very poor, ridiculously open in midfield and no press. Took us a while to work it out but when they went to 4-3-3 second half it was game over. Still questions about Cundle and Thompson in more intense games and Laurent is not the type of player we need in there alongside Burger. Maaee, Million and Bae plus a left sided attacker will be a threat. We need to sort LB (I would have Stevens as cover), another CB, GK and a more dynamic midfielder as priorities

Look what happens when you attack teams.... And we didn’t make stupid mistakes in crucial areas Mistakes can happen and that's down to individuals on the day but the difference today was the manager showing some bollocks and going out to attack a side. More often than not when you do that you get your rewards, regardless of individual errors that can't be legislated for. I'm really pleased for him. Thought the abuse from the away end was totally disrespectful and uncalled for given what he did for them. A perennial League One/Two club done good off the back of his work there. It's clear why he left them whether they want to believe it or not. Tinpot outfit. Their big day out and they blew it.
